Earlier this year, Toast deepened our commitment to our growing community in London by moving to a new office! This enhanced space will provide employees with more spaces for collaboration- whether that be with fellow Toasters in meeting areas or customers in our demo space. We’re excited to offer a go-to-market office concept, focused on connecting customers to Toast and reaffirming our commitment to the UK market. Located in the heart of London’s food and retail scene, overlooking Regent Street, our new spot offers employees an easy commute and a lively, hospitality-driven atmosphere.
“This isn't just a move. It's a testament to our phenomenal company growth, invaluable feedback from employees, the evolving needs of our dynamic teams, and our drive to create a more engaging environment for our customers,” shared Ana M., VP, International. “ We're thrilled about the immense potential this new location offers for expanding our teams, reinforcing our unique culture, and driving even greater success. This will enable us to be in-person more often, to showcase our product and brand to our customers, and to foster better collaboration.”

To commemorate this special occasion, employees were invited into the space for a ribbon cutting ceremony where leaders from across the business expressed their gratitude for the team’s dedication and drive. Le Bab, a local customer, also spoke to the team to share their story and explain the role Toast has played in their success. It was an incredible full-circle moment that centered everyone on our purpose, and reminded us all of how fortunate we are to work with such talented customers.
We were also thrilled to host the first Toast.org event in the new office. Toasters packed 100 snack packs for the Felix Project, London’s largest food redistribution charity. The Felix Project’s goal is to work towards a community where “good food is never wasted and no one goes hungry,” which couldn’t align better with Toast.org’s mission of enhancing the food experience for all. We were grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a noble cause– especially during our annual Season of Giving volunteer campaign!
We are so proud of our London team and all that they’ve accomplished. This exciting milestone will empower our teams to best serve our customers and their communities. We can’t wait to see what’s next!
