At Toast, our culture is created every day by the people who work here. This summer, our People & Places interns had a unique opportunity to not only experience our culture firsthand but also to help shape it. We sat down with our recent People & Places interns to hear their reflections on what it’s like to work in a culture they helped to foster.
"What continues to inspire me is how Toast has stayed true to its mission despite significant growth. By consistently prioritizing customers and empowering restaurants to run more efficiently, Toast has made a meaningful impact on the hospitality industry. Beyond that, I deeply admire Toast's commitment to social impact- particularly Toast.org's initiatives to alleviate food insecurity and support local communities.
