Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding Systems and Analytics

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Vet and perform ad-hoc analyses to validate/invalidate, measure and track progress of multiple pilot initiatives
  • Provide documentation to business systems when pilots or initiatives are ready for general release
  • Lead a team to Explore and create reporting & data visualizations to capture key insights to support company efficiency and growth
  • Maintain and improve upon several of our existing customer onboarding data assets
  • Support team to automate and report on new business initiatives by optimizing existing technology stack (e.g. Salesforce,com, WOOTRIC, TaskRay, ChiliPipers, etc) requirements
  • Deep dive into datasets to help identify, enhance, cleanse, improve, append and optimize data
  • Spot potential to improve upon current analytical procedures and tools within customer onboarding team and be able to document system requirements effectively to support deployment within business operations teams
  • Manage requests and projects in business priority and manage stakeholders expectations from the various leaders both in and adjacent to the customer onboarding team
  • Work with peers to learn analytics best practices and knowledge sharing of best practices
  • Mentor junior team members in analytics and systems best practices

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an analytics-based role
  • Intermediate experience in Excel/Sheets
  • Intermediate experience with business intelligence tools such as Domo, Qlik, Looker or Tableau
  • Intermediate experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Reports and Salesforce Dashboards
  • Strong  experience in SQL and automation
  • Knowledge of ETL and database design best practices
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • A passion for learning
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, process management and communication skills, able to handle multiple projects at once

Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)

  • Experience in Restaurant and POS industry preferred
  • Feature engineering / applied machine learning experience
  • Familiar with Python/R and data science libraries and tools (e.g. LookML, TransmorgrifAI, H20, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, SciKitLearn, Seaborn
  • Experience with multiple genres of classifiers to include linear regression, decision trees, and random forestSpecial Sauce*
