As a Product Manager of the restaurant operations product team, you will be part of the team that is transforming the strategy surrounding off-premise dining. You will focus on building new tools and features to help restaurants manage off-premise (Takeout, Delivery, Online) orders with operational efficiency by providing in-the-moment controls to optimize order throughput, maximize off-premise order volume, and set accurate guest expectations. You will develop a deep empathy for the needs of our restaurant customers and their guests while working with teams across Toast including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build and shape innovative new products and offerings.
You will craft a roadmap driven by market fit, customer needs, and a delightful user experience. This is a high visibility role with an opportunity to make a real impact at a fast-paced and dynamic organization with phenomenal growth.
