About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Partner with and influence cross-functional business, sales, product, customer success, finance, risk, and technical teams to identify, develop, manage, and execute opportunity analyses, resolve stakeholder issues, and support execution and market growth
  • Monitoring usage of product / features and recommend improvements to strengthen business value
  • Coordinate and sequence activities across Toast and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and accurate user communication (project manage feature and functionality rollouts)
  • Define and influence Payroll Ops and other EC teams to address issues and build processes
  • Design and lead system migrations, especially taking into account any user-required actions
  • Change agent: You have both the empathy and communication skills necessary to drive collaboration, motivate and influence key business leaders and partners
  • Support and coach the team through customer and stakeholder interactions by improving processes and product


Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 3+ years in an operational role
  • BA or BS
  • Experience in working with external partners to execute on a vision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with an analytical prowess
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present to senior management

Special Sauce*:

  • Experience and interest with Issuing/Fintech technologies
  • Experience working with Product/Project Management methodologies
