This summer, we are looking for a high-impact intern to help us launch and refine our next generation of manager support tools, specifically focusing on our integration with BetterUp and the operationalization of our Manager Index.
The Talent Development team is a fast-paced group focused on leadership workshops, scalable learning solutions, and manager excellence. This internship is a specialized role designed to coincide with the rollout of BetterUp as a core product. You will be at the center of a major product launch, working cross-functionally with People Analytics to move our leadership development from "intuition-based" to "data-driven."
