Approximately 20% of our open roles are filled by internal candidates.

The restaurant industry is one of the most diverse industries and we embrace that diversity by encouraging it within our company. The candidate process can vary a bit between roles, to ensure the interview experience fully assesses the needs of the role. Typically, you can expect something like this: After you submit your application, if the role looks like a good match to your skill set, a recruiter will reach out to schedule a phone interview. You will then progress to a hiring manager interview (conducted via Zoom or phone) or a job-relevant assessment. After that, you will typically participate in a panel interview via Zoom where you will get to meet some of the team members you would be working with. In some processes, a case study may also be required at this step. Post panel interview, a decision will be made and the recruiter will follow up with you. See below for a look at our candidate process.
