Our Sales Teams

Sales Development Representatives

 

  • Generate new sales opportunities via outreach or marketing leads
  • Comprised of Sales Development Reps, Business Development Reps, Hybrid Development Reps, and Account Development Reps

New Business Account Executives

  • Full sales-cycle - cold calls/walk-ins, discovery, demo, all the way through to closing the sale
  • Comprised of Field, Inside, Emerging Markets & International

Growth Account Executives

  • Focused on expanding product offerings for existing Toast POS customers
  • Full sales-cycle role

 

Leadership

 

  • Build & lead a team of Account Executives
  • Partnering closely with the team via hands-on coaching & development
  • Comprised of Team Leads, District Managers, & Regional Vice Presidents

Other Sales Roles

 

  • Mid-Market, Enterprise, Hotel, and Sports & Entertainment targeting specific customers within these segments

  • Typically longer sales-cycles and targeting new verticals or larger brands
     

     

Retail Account Executives

  • Operate similarly to our New Business Account executives but focused on building out our new Retail segment selling to CBG (convenience stores, bottle shops, and grocery stores) customers
  • Full sales-cycle, prospecting, demos and closing new business within their designated territory

Account Executive Benefits & Perks:

  • Pay for Performance structure - ability to earn more based on performance via commissions, SPIFs, bonuses, etc.
  • Sales executives who need to travel for their territory (hybrid, flex, or inside only) receive a daily meal stipend and can submit travel reimbursements based on our reimbursement policy
