At Toast, we value the business impact and important roles that Communities and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community for all Toasters. Because individuals may identify in a multitude of ways or want to learn as an ally, all Networks are open and welcome to all Toast employees.
With thousands of members worldwide, over a dozen Networks represent various dimensions of diversity that exist across Toast’s employee population. Together, they fuel Toast’s culture of belonging and offer safe spaces to uncover common ground and provide opportunities for employees to connect, learn, and grow.
ERGs and Communities offer a variety of employee engagement opportunities, including professional development, cross-cultural connections, and networking. The business often uses Network members as go-to resources in providing insights that inform how we go to market and engage with customers.
