Employee Resource Groups and Communities

Our Toast Communities (employee resource groups and clubs) are a critical element of our DEI strategy. They provide insights and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of DEI. They also create a sense of community for Toasters who are underrepresented in the workforce. Their insights have proven valuable in understanding our Toasters, our communities and our customers.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are grassroots communities formed by employees, established around a specific identity that is typically underrepresented in the workforce. ERGs support the personal growth and professional development of their members while helping build awareness and learning opportunities for their allies.
