About This Role (Responsibilities):

  • Corporate Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee the corporate network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki technology. Monitor network uptime, latency, and bandwidth to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identity Access Management (IAM): Manage IAM processes and create efficient workflows using Okta to enhance security protocols and streamline user access.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM): Administer mobile device management across the organization using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, ensuring secure and efficient device operations.
  • Change Management and IT Service Management (ITSM): Utilize ServiceNow for change management and ITSM. Monitor and report on change success rates, outage management for SaaS tooling, and trend analysis from the ServiceNow ticket queue to optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Messaging and Productivity Tools: Manage internal communications using Slack and oversee email and productivity solutions via Google Workspace.
  • Project Management: Define and oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects are tracking towards successful delivery. Develop strategic roadmaps and align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Do You Have the Right Ingredients? (Requirements):

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT management with a strong focus on network infrastructure, identity access management, and mobile device management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in managing Cisco Meraki networks.
    • Extensive experience with IAM tools, particularly Okta, and MDM solutions like Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
    • Skilled in using ServiceNow for ITSM and change management.
    • Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace for corporate communication and productivity.
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, developing strategic roadmaps, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor IT teams, set performance metrics, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Cisco, Okta, Microsoft, or ITIL are highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in monitoring IT performance metrics such as network uptime, change management success, and IT service ticket trends.
