Toast Careers
We are honored to share that Toast.org, the philanthropic arm of Toast, won a Corporate Goodness Award from Benevity! Benevity is our partner in employee giving and volunteering, providing a platform for Toasters to engage in our social impact program. Each year, Benevity’s Corporate Goodness Awards, also known as “The Goodies,” celebrate companies that are making a difference in the world and how they inspire other people through purpose. Toast was named the recipient of the NewB award, which celebrates recently launched partnerships with the most transformative approach to social impact.
Toast.org brings together the best of Toast – our people, our products, and our philanthropy – to further our company purpose of enriching the food experience for all. Toast.org works within three impact pillars: food and nutrition security, building an inclusive and impactful restaurant community, and climate and the environment.
“Benevity has helped us with our integrated approach to impact,” shared Susan R., Senior Manager, Toast.org. “As an increasingly global and hybrid distributed workforce, we know that one of the essential drivers of community, connection, and engagement is the work that we do through Toast.org and volunteering.”
With a focus on empowering the Toast community, Toast.org not only provides grants to major partners across the globe, but also allows employees to direct funding in a multitude of ways. This ensures that we’re able to partner with organizations that are working towards creating a healthier, more sustainable food ecosystem for all, while also supporting causes that are important to employees.
