Reporting to the Talent Operations Experiences Manager, North America,  you will  play a critical role in providing support for employee inquiries and managing critical HR processes to maintain data integrity across our systems. You will  also assist in and lead projects in the operations space to support process improvements and program/policy delivery. This role will serve a critical function in supporting our Centers of Excellence including the Benefits team by assisting with specialized programs related inquiries. The role will also contribute to building a framework that supports our ability to capture knowledge and processes to make the experience easier for Toasters.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Accurately and efficiently enter employee data into HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and updates
  • Support key moments in the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding. 
  • Serve as a primary contact for COEs such as  Benefits as it pertains to program delivery and employee support
  • Ensure documentation is updated and accurate, ticket queues are managed appropriately, and escalations are handled in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as HR system implementations, policy updates, employee engagement programs, and the execution of change management plans.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer centric mindset

Special Sauce* (Nice to Haves)

  • Knowledge of HR Systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Equifax, and/or ServiceNow
  • Customer service experience
  • Understanding of basic concepts of employee benefits administration

The starting pay rate for this role is below. Please note, there is not a range for this role, the number listed below is the rate.
Pay Rate
