At Toast, we know mental health impacts every aspect of our employees’ lives. To ensure that we’re empowering Toasters to do their best work, lead fulfilling lives, and thrive, we put a huge emphasis on giving employees the tools and resources they need to prioritize their mental health.
Lyra Health, our mental health provider, allows employees and their eligible dependents to access 12 coaching or therapy sessions per person, per year, at no cost. In addition to therapy and coaching sessions, this partnership also includes access to resources for self-guided, virtual and in-person sessions, wellbeing tools, eLearning, and so much more. Employees are able to access all of these confidential support options all in one place.
Lyra is for everyone. Through this program, you can find confidential care for your emotional and mental health, how, when, and where you need it.
Lyra services include: Guided self-care with a coach- Get a care plan crafted by your Lyra coach and learn new mental health strategies at your own pace. In-person & video therapy- Meet with a therapist for diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions like depression, PTSD, and more. Mental health coaching- Get to the root of your challenges with effective care from a mental health coach via video or live messaging. Essentials- Tap into self-led wellness tools anytime, anywhere.
Toast is confident in partnering with Lyra because we know they are selective in choosing best-in-class therapists who can guide employees through all of their needs with a wide range of specialties. Lyra also partners with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experts to ensure their provider network reflects the diversity and preferences of their members.
We know taking control of your mental health can be challenging, so we do everything we can to make it as seamless as possible for employees. According to Toasters, signing up for Lyra is easy, which lets you get started sooner. From there, your therapist will help you find a path that works best for you.
We hope that you will all take time to focus on your wellbeing and take whatever steps are needed to make you feel whole– not just during Mental Health Awareness Month, but also year round!
