Toast is honored to share that we have been named a Best Workplace for Parents by Great Place to Work US!
To celebrate, we asked our croutons (the Toasty name for children) what they think their parents actually do at Toast. Introducing… Kids Say the Darndest Things: Toast Edition!
When we think about growing Toast’s culture, it stretches beyond what employees experience during the work day. We want employees and their families to be proud to say that they’re part of the Toast community. We do this by supporting Toasters in all aspects of their lives, embracing unique backgrounds and identities, and allowing our values to guide everything we do. Thank you, Great Place to Work, for not only recognizing us, but for celebrating our working parents, who bring so much creativity, resourcefulness, and compassion to Toast.
We have carefully curated benefits packages and programs that support our parents both inside and outside of work. Some benefits we’re proud to offer our US employees include:
All of this, and so much more! We know Toasters will only be able to do their best work when they know their families are cared for, and we’ll continue to think of new ways to best support our working parents.
“What I think makes Toast a great place to work for working parents is that we have a strong sense of community with Toaster parents across the world,” shared Noelle H, Senior Manager, Employer Brand and mother of two. “Virtually, we love to share celebrations, wins, funny stories, and even the difficulties of parenting. The other thing I love about Toast is that for those who are not working parents, they’re still extremely supportive and understanding of their coworkers, and we couldn’t do what we do without their support.”
Are you ready to join a company that will be there for you and your croutons? Check out our open roles!
