Associate Support Analyst, Salesforce

Reporting to the Enterprise Application Technology Manager, the Associate Support Analyst, Salesforce will be responsible for providing technical support to Salesforce users and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide world-class service. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Provide technical support company-wide for Salesforce and integrated tools
  • Troubleshoot common issues and direct users through corrective steps
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand issues and offer solutions
  • Identify system bugs and begin initial triage
  • Collaborate with product teams on system issues 
  • Support all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup and access requests
  • Ready to work in US time zone

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator 
  • Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Ability to collaborate virtually
  • Superior problem-solving capabilities
  • Customer service mindset
  • Keeps apprised of new technologies and system updates

Special Sauce*: (Nice to have, non-essential skills)

  • Two-year degree or higher from an accredited institution 
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
