(Job Summary)We are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Interview Scheduler to join ourCandidate Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating interviewsbetween candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.You will play a key part in providing an exceptional experience for our candidates whilesupporting our recruiting efforts.(Responsibilities)● Recruitment Coordination: Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities,including scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre-employment checks.Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for candidates, as needed. Ensure asmooth and efficient recruitment process by maintaining communication withcandidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.● Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout therecruitment process. Provide timely and professional communication to candidates,responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidateexperience at every touchpoint. Collect feedback from candidates to identify areas forimprovement and enhance the overall candidate experience.● Interview Support: Coordinate interview schedules, reserve interview rooms, andarrange necessary resources. Provide candidates with interview details, includinglogistics, interviewers' information, and interview formats. Ensure a smooth interviewexperience for candidates by addressing any questions or concerns.● Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive andconsistent candidate experience. Contribute to the development of recruitmentmarketing materials, such as job descriptions, job advertisements, and companyprofiles.● Compliance and Documentation: Stay updated on relevant employment laws,regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure recruitment processes align withlegal and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment
documentation, including candidate records, consent forms, and recruitment-relatedcommunications.(Requirements)● 3+ years experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Candidate Experience Specialist, ora similar role within a recruitment team.● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Interview SchedulingTools (e.g. GoodTime)● Proven ability on handling virtual interview platforms (e.g. Zoom)● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to managemultiple priorities and meet deadlines.● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management with an ability to handleconfidential information.● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a focus on providing apositive candidate experience and an ability to engage with a wide variety ofstakeholders.● Customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service tocandidates and internal stakeholders.● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates,recruiters, and hiring managers.● Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related torecruitment and candidate management..If you are a pro-active, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced environment andenjoys coordinating logistics, we encourage you to apply for this position in our CandidateExperience Team.
