Overview of this position:We are seeking an experienced Recruiter ( on contract) to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing,screening, and hiring top talent across various lines of business within the organization. Thisrole requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capableof building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.Key Responsibilities:● Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, socialmedia, networking events, and employee referrals.● Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit forspecific roles.● Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedbackcollection, and offer negotiation.● Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing andselection.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS) - Greenhouse● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiringneeds.● Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements and effectively collaborateto help close the position● Market Intelligence - stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitmentand talent acquisition.● Regularly update the trackers and internal records● Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as anemployer of choice.● Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering orrelated field.● Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.● Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.● Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics to track and measureeffectiveness.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport withdiverse stakeholders.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools -Greenhouse, Goodtimes, Gem, Workday preferred.● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.● Recognised recruitment certification is a plus.
