  • R12765
  • Boston, Massachusetts, United States

**This is open to Juniors and Seniors and is a full time co-op. This role is HYBRID and you must be located in the Boston area (2 days a week in the office is required)**

As a Community & Advocacy Co-op on the Product Marketing team, you’ll support programs that bring customers together and strengthen their connection with Toast. You’ll gain hands-on experience in community building, customer advocacy, and event coordination by working on initiatives for the Toast Community (think of it like a customer networking hub where restaurant owners and operators connect, share advice, and learn from each other), the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) (a group of customers who share feedback and help shape Toast’s future), and the Toast Community Awards (our annual program celebrating customers doing amazing things in their businesses). You’ll also help bring joy to our community through our Surprise & Delight initiatives, special moments where we celebrate and thank our customers in creative ways.
This is a great opportunity to learn how companies build relationships with customers, create engaging experiences, and manage programs that drive customer loyalty.
