The Toast Payments Pricing & Operations team plays a pivotal role in the financial success of Toast by determining competitive and transparent payments pricing strategies for our largest customers. Collaborating closely with sales, product and finance, the team is responsible for ensuring decisions align with overall business objectives and provides data-driven insights to refine Toast’s pricing strategy in a constantly evolving landscape. The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
