Toasters in India started off 2026 by celebrating the opening of our newest Bangalore office! 

Our new office, located in the RMZ Ecoworld Campus, offers an exciting, refreshed space for our employees. The office is central to many nearby amenities, including expansive cuisine options. Employees will be able to enjoy a variety of quiet working spots, communal gathering areas, and spaces for socializing. We invite employees to partake in some friendly competition with foosball and table tennis, or to wind down in our wellness rooms. We are also in the process of building an experience center, which will be set up as a mock restaurant filled with Toast devices. We look forward to seeing Toasters learn more about our products in this space!

The opening festivities ran throughout the day, including a ribbon cutting ceremony with leaders from around the world. Toasters were encouraged to take pictures in our photobooth and to show off their new Toast gear. We also hosted  a team wide meeting, where employees were able to hear from Co-Founder Steve F., SVP India Site Lead Kavita V., and Murali V., Area Vice President of People, APAC. 

"It's awesome to see the energy and vibe of our new Bangalore office,” shared Murali V.. “Having a larger space isn’t just about accommodating headcount—it’s a tangible signal that Toast is serious about India as a long-term capability and innovation hub." 

Additionally, 50 Toasters came together to pack 400 nutrition kits for local government school children. This heart-warming initiative, powered by Toast’s Season of Giving grants, brought the team together in a spirit of camaraderie and excitement. Each child received a reusable bag filled with healthy essentials like seeds, nuts, nutritious jaggery snacks, and millet malt, along with a new water bottle. It was a meaningful way to mark the start of our journey in this new office by giving back to our local community.
