Aliyah H.
Talent Sourcing Partner, Sales
One of my favorite things about working at Toast is that we have the opportunity to take risks and try new things. I feel so encouraged to explore different ways of doing things because I know my team and the broader Toast community will encourage me and support me through any challenges that may arise.
This mindset is pervasive throughout Toast, which means we’re all encouraged to venture out to try something new. This might mean using your professional development stipend to take a class, exploring career paths through our internal mobility program, or partnering with our enablement teams to hone in on the skills you need to thrive in your current role. Another way we see employees exploring various challenges is through relocating for a new position at Toast.
In my role, I’m looking for sales pros who are ready to join an exciting, innovative company, where they can learn a ton, grow professionally, and build community. For many of these opportunities, we’re looking for future Toasters who are interested in relocating to a new market to help us expand our restaurant network.
To learn more about the relocation experience, I caught up with four members of our sales team who recently relocated with Toast. Learn more about their experiences below!
If you’re ready to tackle a new adventure with Toast, know that we’re here to support you along the way! We want to see all employees thrive, and here are just a few of the ways we support our teams during relocation and beyond.
So, are you bready for your next adventure? Regardless of where you join Toast, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on local restaurants, you’ll meet some of the most passionate people in the business, and I know you’ll learn a lot along the way. We are hiring! Check out our open positions here!
